Financial Data: including but not limited to bank card and bank account details, processed by our third party payment system. They may store this information, however we do not have access to it.

Interaction Data: including but not limited to surveys, email correspondence, or any other form of correspondence whilst using our service. This may include sending a single, follow up email after your consultation to offer additional medical certificates or related services, provided you have consented to receive such communications. These follow up messages will not contain any sensitive medical information, and you can opt out of receiving them at any time by replying to the email or contacting us directly.
This information is collected to identify and interact with you, complete relevant administrative and operational functions, to comply with any legal requirements, including those required by Australian law. The information obtained may also be used for quality assurance, training or billing.
Information is collected directly from you when it is provided either via the platform, during a consultation or other direct interaction, when you complete a survey or apply for a job with us. Information may also be collected through our third party service providers.
Sensitive information may also be collected from you. Sensitive information means information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, trade union or other professional associations or memberships, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or practices, criminal records, health information or biometric information.
The types of sensitive information that may be collected include:
Details regarding your medical history, symptoms, and any health information contained in documents you upload. This also includes your medical prescription and referral details, information about your allergies, current medications, and medical history. Additionally, we may ask you to provide or scan documents related to your health, and details on whether you smoke, are pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding.
Sensitive information is collected when you either provide it via the platform and during a consultation with a health practitioner. When you enter your sensitive data you are consenting to collecting and handling it in accordance with this privacy policy, as well as use by healthcare practitioners that have agreed to our terms of service for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Personal information may be disclosed to:
– our employees, contractors and/or related entities
– our business or commercial partners, such as IT service providers or data storage as well as marketing or advertising providers
